Why I started making soaps

There are three primary reasons why I started making soaps.

1. There is zero damage for both nature and body

2. I can make specific soaps for my or my precious ones’ conditions

3. It is way more financially reasonable than purchasing these at the store

Artificial stuff tends to have a negative influence on nature and there is high possibility that it has some effects on our health. It is simply because they are not from nature, but artificial manmade stuff.

I wanted to pursue a more sustainable life for both myself and the mother earth.

If I make soaps myself, I can pick ingredients so that I can directly approach our skin conditions.

For example, if my skin is getting drier, I use olive oil and honey to moisturize it.

If I get pimples or a cut, red palm oil can be my option to address them.

If I would like to treat my hair nicely, I can try rosemary soaps and so on.

Not only for me+ if it goes well with my body, I can make them for my family and friends also. I feel extremely happy when my soaps do anything good for my people! :)

I actually could look for these organic soaps at store or online also.

The problem was that it is SO expensive to get them in Japan! I can’t spend 15 or 20 dollars just for a single bar soap.

If I make it myself, the cost is way less, hence I decided to do it myself.

I can’t forget the feeling I got when I first used my handmade soap back in Hiroshima.

It was so gentle that I couldn’t help but feel so relieved and my tensed body got relaxed immediately.

The feeling was the very “sotto” – gentle.

So I would like you to try and feel it as well if you are interested! Hopefully you like it! :)

All my creations are made only from plant oils, sodium hydroxide, and some natural additions. (e.g. herbs, spices, essential oils, honey, milk, etc.) It is a totally guilt-free soap. haha

Please enjoy! :)))
